What we do

A complete automation scope, from concept to commissioning

We take responsibility for the control-systems part of a project — or its individual stages. The scope below can be delivered as a package or piece by piece, depending on where your project stands.

01

Engineering & design

Pre-FEED and FEED studies, detailed design, control philosophy, I/O lists, P&ID mark-ups, instrumentation and cabinet specifications.

02

Software development

PLC / DCS application programming, SCADA and HMI development, alarm management, historian and reporting. Software-only scopes are welcome.

03

Safety & protection

Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Emergency Shutdown (ESD), Fire&Gas. Experience on hazardous production facilities and critical processes.

04

Installation & supervision

Construction and installation works, low-voltage switchgear and control-cabinet assembly, site supervision and designer supervision.

05

Testing & commissioning

Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT / SAT), loop checks, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up support.

06

Documentation & training

As-built documentation, operating manuals, operator and maintenance training, and ongoing technical support after handover.

How we help

Built to fit the way you contract

For EPC contractors

A reliable automation subcontractor that carries its own scope.

  • Take over the full ICS / automation package so your team stays focused on the main contract.
  • Slot into an existing project at any stage — design, software, installation or commissioning.
  • Standard deliverables: BoQ, WBS, design documentation, FAT / SAT protocols, as-builts.
  • Predictable interfaces with your process, electrical and piping disciplines.

For end clients

A direct engineering partner you can contract without intermediaries.

  • Automate a new unit, or modernise and replace an obsolete control system.
  • Single point of responsibility from design through to a running, accepted system.
  • Vendor-aware: we work with the platforms already installed on your site.
  • Documentation and training that keep the system maintainable by your own staff.

Capabilities

Industries we have automated

A list of verticals, backed by a portfolio of delivered systems. Each area reflects work the team has actually engineered and commissioned — not a wish list.

01

Mining & mineral processing

Process control for flotation, crushing and grinding; conveyor and crusher control; bulk-material accounting and dispatch integration.

02

Oil & gas

Control systems for hazardous facilities — gas treatment, modular refineries, tank farms and custody-metering, with full SIS / ESD protection.

03

Metallurgy

Rolling-mill control, slab cutting and tracking systems, and integration with shop-floor MES.

04

Chemistry & petrochemistry

Continuous and batch processes (ISA-88), safety systems for hazardous production, and documented experience with critically hazardous processes.

05

Energy

Gas- and combined-cycle turbine control, substation automation and commercial electricity metering, heat points and pumping stations.

06

Building management (BMS)

BMS for large office and banking facilities; integration of HVAC, lighting and power; dispatching and monitoring of life-support engineering systems.

07

Smart lighting & smart home

Scene-based and scheduled lighting control, dimming and diagnostics, architectural lighting, premium smart-home systems and integration with smart-building platforms.

NOTE — Software-only ICS development, without hardware supply, is welcome.

How we work

A clear path from enquiry to a running system

  1. 01

    Enquiry & scope

You send the scope, P&IDs or terms of reference. We confirm whether it fits our capabilities and what we would take on.

  2. 02

    Proposal & estimate

A technical and commercial proposal with a bill of quantities, work breakdown and timeline. No vague promises — concrete numbers.

  3. 03

    Engineering & build

Design, software development, cabinet assembly and factory testing (FAT), kept transparent through agreed milestones.

  4. 04

    Commission & support

Site testing (SAT), commissioning and start-up, followed by documentation, training, designer supervision and ongoing support.
